Terms and Conditions

Registration: Pleas enroll your children before your holiday by online booking at  www.coolschool.ch, so, you’re sure they certainly have a place in our classes. We teach the children in classes of six to a maximum of twelve students. If a group is reduced to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine them or to shorten the number of lessons.

Multiple teacher changes possible due to the flexible organization.

Award: Every  participant who visited the ski school longer than 3 days will receive a training booklet, in which the respective education level will be entered. We ask you to bring the booklet every year again! Pin’s are for sale for the price of CHF 5.- either by the instructor or at the office of the ski school. 

Insurance: We do not accept any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

Annulation: Each cancellation of private lessons must be made by 17.00h the previous day, otherwise the private lesson will be charged. 

Corona: In the event of corona-related cancellations on our part or by the guest, we will charge a contribution to expenses of 5%, provided the guest requests a refund. Otherwise he has the option of moving the course to another date free of charge.

Refund: Refunds due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation. Only days not used (difference) will be refunded.

Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be replaced. Private courses take place in all weathers. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire!

Payment: Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.
